She was joined ‘’J-One Living Concepts’’ as being graduated of Turkish Art High School and she won her first success in Contemporary Stainless Steel sofa and she established her own design agent with the name ‘’ SILVAIN MOLY DESIGN‘’. Her avant-garde and mover&shaker designs were realised by the Turkish Furniture Industry. Hereafter the professional life of Silvain Moly was associated with famous Turkish and international brands by her successful design team.

Her agent had an international reputation till today. Her team with the number of 18 talented designers has a key position in the international furniture design market. Her agent became the most important design agent in furniture market with the contrast, decisiveness, and efficiency of its designs. In 2015 Silvain Moly has been chosen as the ‘’ DESIGNER OF THE YEAR ‘’ in Turkish Design Exhibition
